itinerary
Our will meet you in the main square of Cusco city and start the tour from there, previously you will receive information from the local cuisine and then start with the street food and taste the delicious: Picarones: a sweet, ring-shaped fritter with a pumpkin base; often served with a molasses syrup. Anticuchos are brochettes made from beef heart marinated in a variety of Peruvian spices and grilled, often with a side of boiled potato or corn. Rocoto relleno: A dish made from stuffed rocoto chilis. Rocotos are one of the very hot (spicy) chilis of Peru. In this dish they are stuffed with spiced beef or pork, onions, olives, and egg white, then cooked in the oven covered with cheese and milk. These dishes are very common to taste but we have a big list of dishes that we will find in the Cusco streets. You must know that we have two schedules to start with our tour. So depending on which time of the day we start, we will find different dishes in the streets because the local people offer different food during the day.
